HILBERT – Mulberry Lane Farm is marking its 20th anniversary Oct. 1 with a special event and rollback admission pricing.

Founders Patrick and Bonnie Keyes said the farm – which opened in 2005 as a small educational petting zoo and pumpkin patch – has grown into a popular agritourism destination, now drawing more than 62,000 visitors annually.

The Keyes said the farm’s original mission – connecting families with farm life – remains at its core.

“Twenty years ago, we opened our doors with a simple mission – to bring children and families closer to farm life,” Bonnie said. “Today, that mission lives on stronger than ever.”

To celebrate the milestone, Bonnie said general admission on Oct. 1 will be reduced to the original 2005 price of $8 per person (ages 2 and up).

The farm will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with the final hayride to the pumpkin patch at 3 p.m.

Located at W3190 County Road B, Bonnie said Mulberry Lane Farm offers hands-on activities including cow milking, goat feeding, kitten cuddling, hayrides and seasonal pumpkin picking.
