FOX CITIES – Fox Communities Credit Union has been certified as a Platinum-level Employee Friendly Workplace by the Fox Cities Chamber – the highest designation in the program recognizing employers that support work/life integration.
According to Chris Allen – president and CEO of Fox Communities Credit Union – the certification marks the organization’s second recognition in the program after earning Gold status in 2024, reflecting continued efforts to enhance workplace culture and employee support.
“People helping people is at our core, and it starts with our team,” he said. “When our team members feel supported, valued and set up to succeed, they’re able to do what matters most – help our members build stronger financial futures. This recognition reflects the culture we’ve intentionally built together.”
Kris Hackbarth-Horn, chief people officer, said Fox Communities also highlighted initiatives including paid volunteer time, caregiver leave, tuition assistance, flexible work arrangements, wellness programs and retirement contributions.
“We’ve been very intentional about building a culture where putting people first is how we show up every day,” she said. “From meaningful benefits to growth opportunities, everything we do is designed to support our team members both personally and professionally.”
Per the chamber, the Fox Cities Employee Friendly Workplace Initiative evaluates employers in categories including paid leave, flexibility, wellness support and financial benefits, ranking them at Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum levels.
