GREEN BAY – VEG ER for Pets has opened a new 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital in Bellevue, expanding access to emergency animal care for Green Bay and Brown County pet owners.

Located at 2234 Monroe Road, Suite 150, Founder and CEO David Bessler said the facility provides emergency services, including surgeries, ultrasounds, X-rays and other urgent veterinary care.

Bessler said the Green Bay location is VEG ER for Pets’ third Wisconsin hospital, following locations in Brookfield and Madison.

He said the hospital is designed around a customer-focused care model that allows pet owners to stay with their animals throughout treatment, including during surgery and overnight hospitalization.

Bessler said the facility also provides immediate access to licensed veterinarians by phone and begins triage when families arrive.

“When a pet parent walks into VEG ER for Pets, they will immediately feel they have finally found a place that will provide their family and pet the best emergency veterinary experience that exists,” he said.

Bessler said the hospital is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays, serving pets and families throughout the Green Bay area.
