EAU CLAIRE – The Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce and the Chippewa Valley Society for Human Resource Management (CVSHRM) will present its annual Human Resource Conference from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 18 at the Florian Gardens Conference Center in Eau Claire.
The conference is specifically geared toward human resource professionals, small business owners and managers.
SHRM and HRCI credits are available.
This year’s keynote speaker Jim Morgan will present “It’s Me, I’m the Problem!”
The session will look at issues from both the employer and employee perspectives and delve into the varying viewpoints, challenges and potential solutions to bridging the gaps between companies and their talent.
