Andrew Martzahl

Andrew Martzahl is an attorney at Lin Law LLC, where he focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning and corporate law.
Martzahl earned bachelor’s degree in finance, investments and banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduated from the Wisconsin School of Business and obtained his law degree and MBA from Marquette University.
While in law school, he served as president of the Marquette University Law School Estate Planning Society, liaison to the Real Property, Probate & Trust Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin and worked as a research assistant to Associate Dean Vada Lindsey as she wrote and published a textbook on the federal taxation of estates, gifts and trusts.
Now, Martzahl is a frequent presenter on topics related to estate planning, in particular regarding federal estate and gift tax planning.
