Brent P. Smith is managing partner at Johns, Flaherty & Collins, where he concentrates on employment law, civil litigation, mediation, insurance and malpractice defense.
A fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Smith holds Martindale-Hubbell’s top rating and has been recognized as a Wisconsin Super Lawyer.
Deeply committed to community and education, he has long served on boards including the La Crosse Center, UW System Board of Regents, Wisconsin Technical College and La Crosse Area Community Foundation.
