Terry Wetzel

Terry Wetzel is a leadership coach who blends decades of experience in both education and business to help organizations grow and thrive.
He is currently the founder/owner of Summit Leadership Development.
Wetzel holds a master’s degree in business education and has served as a teacher, principal, director of teaching and learning and, most recently, as associate vice president of partnership development at a Green Bay start-up housed in TitletownTech.
Through Summit Leadership Development, Wetzel partners with individuals and organizations to cultivate personal and professional excellence.
Beyond his work, Wetzel teaches and mentors future educators – having taught courses for the Universities of Wisconsin system and supervised student teachers for St. Norbert College.
He also volunteers as a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
