ROTHSCHILD – Hooper Corporation has officially opened its new North Central Wisconsin office at 1630 County Road XX in Rothschild, marking an expansion aimed at strengthening its service capabilities across Central and Northern Wisconsin.
Brad Werlein – senior vice president, mechanical division – said the new office expands Hooper’s mechanical construction operations, including plumbing, HVAC, piping, custom metals and fire protection.
Werlein said the location will allow Hooper to better support regional projects, improve response times and deepen relationships with contractors and suppliers while continuing workforce development efforts.
He said the expansion – which was celebrated with a ribbon cutting hosted by the Greater Wausau Chamber of Commerce – is also expected to support economic growth by adding skilled trades opportunities and helping address Wisconsin’s ongoing labor shortage.
Werlein said Hooper is currently involved in several area projects, including work at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, Mosinee High School, Colby Middle/High School and Mid-State Technical College.
