MOSINEE – Marcus & Millichap – a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services – announced the sale of Mosinee Apartments, a 24-unit apartment property located in Mosinee.
Daniel Bowar, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, said the property sold for $2,350,000, or $97,917 per unit.
“This transaction was a great reflection of the demand for quality multifamily assets throughout Wisconsin,” Bowar said. “The property was listed right before Labor Day weekend and was under contract the following Tuesday, with multiple offers in hand.”
Bowar had the exclusive listing to market the property, he said, on behalf of the seller, Seehafer Apartments, and procured the buyer, Koble Investments.
The 24,168-square-foot property was built in 1975 and completely remodeled in 2024 with a new roof, flooring, cabinetry and plumbing, Bowar said.
He said the property features two 12-unit apartment buildings at 1212-1214 Mosinee Ave., with a mix of one- and two-bedroom floor plans.
