Bergstrom Automotive named top dealership group to work for in the U.S.

NEENAH – Bergstrom Automotive has been named the No. 1 dealership group to work for in the United States, according to the 2025 Automotive News “Top 150 Dealerships to Work For” list.

Executive Chairman John F. Bergstrom said the Neenah-based company led the nation with 39 dealerships earning a place on the list – more than any other automotive group in the country.

In addition, John said two Bergstrom locations were ranked among the top 10 dealerships in the U.S. for minority leadership.

Per bestdealershipstoworkfor.com, the annual rankings – compiled by Automotive News in partnership with Workforce Research Group – recognize dealership organizations that excel in employee satisfaction, workplace culture and leadership development.

More than 18,000 dealerships were considered in the evaluation.

“We’re extremely proud of our team and are thrilled their efforts are being recognized,” John said. “As we’ve grown, it’s been very important that we stay intentional to our culture. This allows us to execute on our guest service promise consistently across our company.”

John said this is one of the highest honors in the retail automotive industry.
