Keller announces five new projects

KAUKAUNA – Keller, Inc. has been chosen as the architect and general contractor/builder for five forthcoming projects in Wisconsin:

• A 4,942-square-foot building addition for Bank of Luxemburg located at 519 S. Lansing Ave. in Sturgeon Bay. This exterior façade update will modernize the building’s appearance, and the project will include improved drive-thru components. The bank will remain open through the construction to allow customers to use the facility during construction. The project is currently underway and will be completed later this year.
• An 8,196-square-foot building addition project for Eagle Graphics located at 1200 Prospect Lane in Kaukauna. Construction will begin by June and will be complete in the fall of 2025.
• An exterior facelift and bar remodel project at Kroll’s West, located at 1990 S. Ridge Road in Ashwaubenon. The project began following the NFL Draft and will be done in time for the 2025 Packers season.
• A 4,463 square-foot buildout and renovation project for Four Lakes Veterinary Clinic located at 4025 Monona Drive in Monona. The new facility will be larger and will be able to accommodate space for added services, including dog training.
• A 3,033-square-foot building renovation project for Paper City Savings Bank located at 226 Market St. in Nekoosa. The project will focus on modernizing the facility and adding ITM to allow customers 24/7 access for their banking needs. Paper City Savings Bank will remain open during the two-phase renovation project that will start this summer and be completed in fall 2025.
