KAUKAUNA/LITTLE CHUTE – Keller, Inc. is moving forward with two design-build projects in Northeast Wisconsin, including a remodel for BLC Community Bank in Little Chute and an expansion for Accurate Machine Co., Inc. in Kaukauna.
Per the release, BLC Community Bank will undergo a 4,500-square-foot interior remodel at its Little Chute location.
The project, per the release, includes updated interior finishes, a new teller line and additional office space to support operational growth.
Construction is expected to begin this summer and finish in late fall.
Bank officials said the project will enhance customer flow and improve the overall experience while allowing continued operations during construction.
Accurate Machine Co., Inc. is also planning a 1,740-square-foot pre-engineered metal building addition at its Kaukauna facility on Hyland Avenue.
Per the release, the expansion will involve removing an existing end wall and extending the building to accommodate additional equipment and improve workflow.
Construction is slated for spring through summer 2026.
Keller, Inc., an employee-owned design-build contractor headquartered in Kaukauna, is overseeing both projects.
The company said each project reflects long-standing client relationships and trust in its delivery process.
In addition, Keller officials announced it ranked No. 4 nationally for tonnage and No. 7 for square footage among metal builders in 2025, and remains Wisconsin’s top-ranked metal builder.
