Larsen Orchard Terrace breaks ground

HOBART – In early November, Larsen Orchard Terrace – a new development at Centennial Centre Business Park in Hobart – broke ground.

The four-story apartment complex will span 129,484 square feet and offer 66 units designed to provide a comfortable living experience. 

In addition to the units, the complex will feature an underground parking facility, ensuring convenience and security for residents. The first floor will also include retail space, allowing for potential shops and services that will enhance the community’s offerings and cater to the needs of both residents and visitors. Construction is set to commence soon, with completion projected for spring 2026.
