Vern’s Cheese official cheese provider at Resch Center, Expo

GREEN BAY – PMI Entertainment Group (PMI) reached an agreement with Vern’s Cheese (312 W. Main St. in Chilton) to provide fresh cheese curds for events at the Resch Center and Resch Expo. 

The new partnership also means there will be fresh curds on game days for the Bart Starr Plaza Tailgate Party. 

Throughout the year, Vern’s will also be used for catering and charcuterie boards on the suite level of the Resch Center.   “It’s a win-win anytime we can partner with and bring products into the Resch Complex from a Northeast Wisconsin business,” PMI Food & Beverage Vice President David Herrera said. “We are especially looking forward to giving our out-of-town guests a taste of what real cheese curds taste like while attending the Bart Starr Plaza Tailgate Party.”
