KESHENA – Construction has begun on the Wolf River Development Company (WRDC) new facility following a late September groundbreaking.
The new clinic, located on Go Around Road in Keshena, will replace its existing office locations.
With Immel Construction as the construction manager and McMahon as the architect, the 21,100-square-foot building will incorporate several functions.
WRDC’s new three-story building will include a drive-through coffee shop and retail space, while also combining the organization’s existing locations into one for a synchronous collaboration experience for its staff.
The project is expected to be completed in summer 2025.
The WRDC investigates, reviews, considers, pursues and conducts any non-gaming commercial activity of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin.
