KESHENA – A long-held vision has become reality for Wolf River Development Company (WRDC), as the organization officially opens the doors to its new headquarters.

Located on Go Around Road in Keshena, per WRDC leadership, the 21,100-square-foot, three-story facility consolidates the organization’s operations into a single, state-of-the-art location – designed to foster collaboration, efficiency and continued growth for the Menominee Indian Tribe’s non-gaming business ventures.

Immel Construction served as the construction manager, while McMahon served as the architect for the project.

Paul Martzke, president of Immel Construction, said the new facility introduces a mix of modern amenities and business-forward features, including a drive-through coffee shop, retail rental space.

“It is exciting anytime an organization breaks ground on a new home,” he said. “It is even more special when the eventual users play such a huge role in the future development of local business.”
