MONDOVI – Emplify Health (the new combined health system of Bellin and Gundersen Health System) has acquired the clinic in Mondovi from HSHS/Prevea Health and expects to open for patient care in the coming months.
“Bellin and Gundersen came together in 2022 to expand healthcare access in our region, especially for our friends in rural areas,” Heather Schimmers, Gundersen region president for Emplify Health, said. “As we become Emplify Health, we are growing and positioned well to care for patients in communities like Mondovi as we have across the region for well more than 100 years.”
The Mondovi clinic will offer a range of primary care services to meet the community’s health and wellness needs.
An opening date will be shared once it is confirmed.
