Royal Credit Union Foundation supports Market on River

CHIPPEWA FALLS – The Royal Credit Union Foundation made a $150,000 gift to the Wisconsin Farmers Union Foundation in support of the development of Market on River in downtown Chippewa Falls.

The renovated multifunctional space will have a food court, housing and community meeting rooms and will serve as the headquarters of the Wisconsin Farmers Union. 

The RCU Foundation’s gift will support the community meeting space and the technical equipment needed to provide a high-quality experience for the community.

“We are proud to support this project that will ensure the Wisconsin Farmers Union Foundation will continue to foster local growth, promote cooperative endeavors and encourage outreach into the community,” John Sacket, RCU Foundation president, said.

The construction on Market on River is currently underway with a fall 2024 opening planned.
