Bill Albright

Bill Albright has a professional career in the construction and real estate industry dating back to 2000.
He is a co-owner and founding partner of CapVest LLC and several other real estate holding companies.
Albright oversees the construction of more than 1,650 multifamily units and $375 million of real estate projects nationally.
He specializes in real estate development, investment property construction/financing and project management.
Albright earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of South Dakota.
Over the past 20 years, he has been the vice president of a large development/construction company (for 13 years) and owner of a development/construction consulting company (for seven years).
