APPLETON – The Boldt Company hosted the 2023 Wisconsin Business Achievement Awards presented by the Flowers Family Foundation – a private foundation based in Stoughton – earlier this month.
The awards recognize companies for their positive impact on the Wisconsin economy and come with an honorarium for large and small business category recipients.
This year’s award winners included:
Large Business – Jones Dairy Farm was awarded $75,000 and donated its honorarium to FeedYourSoul, a Christian-based nonprofit that provides weekly free meals for people in the Fort Atkinson community. Small Business – Peragon Truck Covers was awarded $25,000 and donated its honorarium to the Restored House of Washburn County, which supports women recovering from addiction.
Awards may be granted to an individual, partnership, corporation, association, industry or educational institution that exemplifies the spirit of the free enterprise system.
In 2022, Boldt was recognized by the foundation in the large business category.
Its honorarium went to the American Red Cross-Wisconsin Chapter.
