DCCC raises money for Maui wildfire relief

DOOR COUNTY – Door County Candle Company (DCCC) is doing its part to help raise money for the Maui wildfire victims. 

In response to this crisis, the candle company recently released its 16-ounce Maui Wildfire Relief  Liliko’i Candle, named after the passion fruit that captures the spirit of Maui.

“Maui is where my husband and I got engaged and where our love story found new wings,” Owner Christiana Trapani said. “In this time of adversity, we’re standing hand in hand with the American Red Cross, channeling our dedication into tangible aid for those affected by the wildfires.”

Trapani said 75% of the profits from every Liliko’i candle sold will go toward ongoing wildfire relief efforts.
