GGBCF awards $82,148 to Northeast Wisconsin nonprofits

GREEN BAY – The Greater Green Bay Community Foundation (GGBCF) awarded $82,148 in capacity-building grants to organizations in Brown, Door, Kewaunee and Oconto counties through the Nonprofit Impact Initiative’s spring grant cycle.

Capacity-building grants focus on supporting the long-term health and sustainability of each organization by funding tools and opportunities that help nonprofit management, strategic planning and fundraising capabilities. 

Organizations awarded a spring 2024 grant are:

  • Brain Center of Green Bay 
  • Center for Childhood Safety
  • CollegeReady
  • Connections for Mental Wellness
  • Freedom House Ministries
  • Journey to Adult Success
  • Latino Professionals Association of NEW
  • Midwest Survivors Institute
  • Richard Mauthe Center for Faith, Spirituality and Social Justice
  • Skanikulat
  • Violence Intervention Project
  • YWCA of Greater Green Bay

Two grant cycles are offered annually. 

Applications for the next grant cycle will open Aug. 1 and close Oct. 15.
