NORTHEAST WISCONSIN – Keller, Inc. has been chosen as the architect and the general contractor on new building projects for F Street Development in Appleton and Germantown.
F Street Development – a division of F Street, a privately-held investment group headquartered in Milwaukee – is constructing a 250,000-square-foot industrial precast speculative building in Appleton, and a 374,804-square-foot industrial precast speculative building in Germantown.
Both developments, Southpoint 3 (the 3rd building in the Southpoint Commerce Park) in Appleton and Town Nine in Germantown, aim to fulfill the need for new quality Class A industrial warehouse/distribution spaces.
Construction on the new buildings – located at 3725 East Milis Drive in Appleton and on the corner of Wausaukee Road and Donges Bay Road in Germantown – began in March and are expected to be complete by the end of the year.

CBRE, an office leasing brokerage advisor, is serving as the broker for both projects.
Keller, Inc. is headquartered in Kaukauna, with additional offices in Madison, Milwaukee and Wausau.
