GREEN BAY – ARCpoint Labs and Any Lab Test Now have joined forces under one roof, merging employer-focused testing with consumer wellness services.

Located at 2064 Lime Kiln Road, Suite 5, in Green Bay, the locally owned lab is run by mother-daughter team Renée Durocher (owner and CEO) and Olivia Durocher( founding director of operations).

The duo said the facility offers private, affordable, walk-in diagnostic testing for both individuals and employers without the need for insurance or a doctor’s order.

Why this matters

This dual-brand concept is unique in Northeast Wisconsin, Renée said, providing both B2B and B2C testing solutions under one roof.

Customers, she said, can use HSA/FSA accounts for payment, with all test results processed by CLIA-certified labs trusted by hospitals nationwide.

Renée said the reason for the dual-brand approach is simple.

ARCpoint Labs specializes in employer solutions, especially Department of Transportation (DOT) testing, with some health and wellness services, but Renée said it has limited consumer offerings

Any Lab Test Now, on the other hand, she said, has an extensive consumer health and wellness portfolio but fewer employer services.

Together, Renée said the two organizations create a comprehensive testing solution for both markets.

“Private lab testing like this has been common [in other parts of the country], but it’s new to our region,” she said. “People are ready for affordable options and control over their health decisions.”

In the first few months of operation, Olivia said traffic has been split roughly evenly between new customers discovering their services and those already familiar with the brand.

Either way, they said they’re eager to continue educating the community.

Though primarily serving areas from Sheboygan to Fond du Lac, up to Shawano and throughout Door County, Renée said the Green Bay lab has also welcomed visitors from Madison, Illinois, New York, Chile, the U.K. and beyond.

National network, local service

With franchise locations throughout the country, Renée said ARCpoint Labs provides a range of services, including drug and alcohol testing, background checks, drug policy development, employee assistance programs and on-site testing – all managed through one vendor with a single invoice.

“Not only are they covered and backed by a national franchise brand, they have a local presence with a brick and mortar, and I’m their account manager helping them on an ongoing basis,” she said.

In contrast, Renée said Any Lab Test Now is focused on consumer health and wellness – offering more than 8,000 labs and panels, which are listed on its website (arcpointlabs.com).

Renée said no appointments are necessary and customers typically complete their visit in 15 minutes or less – with most test results available within 24-48 hours.

The brand’s Ask Alice online tool, she said, assists customers in finding the labs that best fit their needs, with transparent pricing.

Though a private lab, Renée said they are CLIA-certified (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments), which means ARCpoint Labs and Any Lab Test Now use the same labs hospitals nationwide use for blood and toxicology testing and result verification.

“We’re small but mighty,” she said. “One afternoon, a client came in, and by the next morning, their results were ready. That kind of turnaround makes a difference.”

Partners, not competitors

The Durochers said their goal is not to compete with hospitals or clinics, but to complement them.

By collaborating with both patients and healthcare providers, Renée said they aim to support and educate from all sides of the care experience.

“Our healthcare providers are essential,” she said. “We simply give people the ability to be proactive with their health. Doctors can’t always order preventive tests due to insurance limitations – we remove that barrier.”

A partnership, the Durochers said, often focuses on patients who may not have insurance, have exhausted a particular insurance benefit or are on high-deductible or catastrophic plans that offer limited coverage until the deductible is met.

One recent example of this, Renée said, involved a customer seeking a repeat Lyme disease test after their insurance declined to cover it a second time.

ARCpoint Labs and Any Lab Test Now, she said, were able to assist.

Renée said holistic wellness providers are a natural partner, since many operate independently of insurance.

The lab’s certified testing, short visits and fast results, she said, align well with their client needs.

“By partnering with us, businesses and healthcare providers could reduce their costs, avoid compliance risks and still deliver quality results,” she said. “It’s a win-win.”

A family affair, experience in the industry

Renée and Olivia said they bring complementary strengths to their dual-branded lab.

Olivia said her mom’s 20-plus years in national healthcare business development and her background in biology, pre-med and operations make them a powerful team.

“Mom thrives in high-level strategy and business development, while I focus on operations and customer education,” she said. “Together, we make it work.”

Renée said she fully believes that success comes from surrounding yourself with people who complement your strengths.

That philosophy, she said, drives hers and Olivia’s shared mission: to provide the Green Bay community with health care that is accessible, transparent and proactive.

“It’s about helping people and making a lasting impact in our community,” she said.

Together, Renée said ARCpoint Labs and Any Lab Test Now form the nation’s largest direct-access testing network.

That breadth, she said, is reflected in their Green Bay location, which serves as a one-stop hub for both consumer and employer testing.
