GREEN BAY – The Gateway Collective, a Green Bay nonprofit organization for socially inclusive housing, has released an additional rendering of the planned City Center Lofts.
The Gateway Collective’s flagship project will feature 72 high-quality apartments for working individuals and families.
The new rendering, Dr. Lexie Wood, executive director of The Gateway Collective, said highlights an important new interior feature – skylights, which will be added to each of the second-floor interior apartments.
“We have listened to community members who expressed concerns and will be adding skylights to the interior units to increase the amount of natural light,” Wood said.
Construction of City Center Lofts is currently underway, with applications available this fall and occupancy expected in early 2024.
