Lakeside Foods supports food pantries, feeding programs

NEENAH – SECURA Insurance, a regional group of property-casualty insurance companies headquartered in Neenah, was named on the Rising Insurance Star Executives (RISE) 2022 Elite 50 Internships list, which recognizes the 50 best programs in the industry of RISE-recognized programs.
Lindsey Coons, SECURA human resources specialist, said the company’s internship program was officially established in 2017, but SECURA has had interns in a variety of roles for many years.
Coons said SECURA currently has 60 interns working in various departments and roles, including underwriting, claims, marketing and human resources.
She said the program is structured to provide interns opportunities to network and work with other interns, full-time associates and executive team members.
“We strive to be a great place to work, and this philosophy extends to our interns’ experiences, too,” Coons said. “Through meaningful work, collaborative interactions and impactful networking opportunities, we aim to set our internship experience apart from others.”
