OSHKOSH – ThedaCare is now offering orthopedic walk-in care in Oshkosh, giving patients access to treatment for minor injuries and musculoskeletal issues without an appointment.
Jean Stephani, ThedaCare orthopedic services director, said the service, located at ThedaCare Medical Center-Oshkosh at 250 W. 6th Ave., opened May 5 and is available weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Stephani said the walk-in clinic treats conditions including sprains, strains, joint pain, sports injuries, suspected fractures and sudden back or neck pain.
“It’s a convenient option for orthopedic care,” she said. “People can stop in and see an expert for minor injuries without having to make and wait for an appointment.”
Stephani said the service is part of the broader Medical Center-Oshkosh campus, which opened in January and includes emergency care, surgery, imaging, lab services and primary care.
