Virtue Homes breaks ground on new Greenville office

GREENVILLE – Virtue Homes, a custom home builder and basement finishing company, started construction on its new headquarters in Greenville (W6142 Greenville Drive).

Construction is expected to be completed in late 2024.

Owner Gerald Helf said the new office will provide the space to better bring each client’s vision of home into reality.

“Our mission at Virtue Homes goes beyond building houses – it’s about fostering strong communities and serving our customers, who each have their dream of what a home should be,” he said.

Helf said the company has built more than 200 completed projects in the area since its inception in 2009.
