HORTONVILLE – Wolf River Community Bank donated more than $25,000 in December, including $10,000 for both the New London Public Library Building Project and the Randy Marsh Strength & Conditioning Center Renovation at New London High School.

Additionally, more than $5,000 was contributed on behalf of Wolf River Community Bank staff members through the bank’s new employee-driven giving initiative – the Wolfpack Give Back Program – which empowers staff to support causes that are important to them.

Per the announcement, these contributions are part of the nearly $100,000 in sponsorships and donations Wolf River Community Bank gives annually to support its communities.

“At Wolf River Community Bank, we’re incredibly grateful to be able to invest in our communities,” CEO Joe Peikert said. “Our success is a direct reflection of the trust our communities place in us as their bank, and when we achieve strong financial results, we see it as our responsibility to give back. We hope these donations help fuel the extraordinary missions of these deserving organizations, and that, through our support, we can create lasting, positive change in the lives of those they serve. It’s a privilege to help build stronger, more vibrant communities for all.”
