FOND DU LAC — Young Professionals of Fond du Lac (YPF) unveiled new branding during its Future 5 Awards event in January.

Dave Neumann, 2023 chair of YPF, said the organization updated its mission, vision, logo and colors to better align with parent organization, Envision Greater Fond du Lac.

“We thought it was time to refresh the brand — (which was originally created in 2004) — to keep it standard with Envision and reflect the way young professionals in Fond du Lac County have changed over time,” he said. “Now, there’s no question YPF supports the strategic priorities of Envision.”

The new logo uses the same blue as the Envision Greater Fond du Lac logo, which Neumann said highlights that YPF is a program of Envision.

The accent color for YPF is now a deep purple.

All fonts and other general brand guidelines, Neumann said, will echo those used by Envision, which aims to bring stakeholders together to pursue opportunities that improve economic vibrancy, strengthen community identity and invest in the next generation.

He said YPF supports Envision’s strategic priorities by providing programming that develops emerging community leaders both personally and professionally and serving as a placemaking organization for area young professionals.

YPF will officially launch its re-brand with an event and ribbon cutting Thursday, Feb. 29.
