Prevea opens second Fox Valley location

APPLETON – Prevea Health has opened the Prevea Appleton Health Center, located at 10 E. College Ave., Suite 110, at the newly renovated Fox Commons.

The Prevea Appleton Health Center is Prevea’s second new location in the Fox Valley, following the opening of the Prevea Grand Chute Health Center in 2022. 

Prevea Health President/CEO Ashok Rai said the new health center will help meet additional healthcare needs of the Fox Valley by increasing patient access to behavioral care and physical therapy services.

“Our Prevea team is proud to expand our care in the Fox Valley and offer the community additional options for both their physical and mental health care needs…,” Rai said. “Meeting our patients’ needs is something we continually strive for at Prevea, and that’s why we felt it was important to open this new location in downtown Appleton.”
