Bliffert Lumber, Jauquet Lumber merge, expand services

WISCONSIN – Green Bay-based Jauquet Lumber Co. Inc. recently announced it has merged with Milwaukee-based Bliffert Lumber.

Brothers Jim and Joe Jauquet, third-generation owners/operators, said the merger allows Jauquet Lumber to continue its tradition of “outstanding service while positioning us to grow for generations to come,” Jim Jauquet, co-owner of Jauquet Lumber, said.

“We are very similar in how we do business,” he said.

Fifth-generation Owner Eli Bliffert said Bliffert Lumber shares those same values of customer dedication, family ownership and community engagement.

“Nothing makes me happier than welcoming strong, independent lumber yards like Jauquet into our family,” he said. “We’re thrilled to expand into the Green Bay area and serve new communities with the same passion and commitment we bring to all of our locations. We are absolutely stronger together.”
