ASHWAUBENON – Lodge Kohler is planning a series of updates to its rooftop restaurant, Taverne in the Sky, located in the Titletown district overlooking Lambeau Field.
General Manager Austin Hernandez said the project will include interior updates, such as refreshed décor and enhanced lounge spaces aimed at improving comfort and taking advantage of the restaurant’s views of the stadium.
In addition to the physical changes, Hernandez said the restaurant will introduce a new menu – which is being developed by recently appointed head chef, Paul Perez – centered on seasonal ingredients and updated takes on steakhouse-style dishes.
Hernandez said the updates are intended to build on the restaurant’s existing offerings while refining the overall guest experience.
“These enhancements reflect our dedication to providing authentic hospitality, exceptional cuisine and an atmosphere that feels both elevated, inviting and inclusive for all guests,” he said. “We want to be the comfortable restaurant you can go to regularly, while still delivering a special experience for every celebration.”
Hernandez said the updates are expected to roll out over the coming months with minimal disruption to operations, with full completion scheduled for April 22.
