BELLEVUE — As a part of its commitment to offer the best possible support to its customers, the Bank of Luxemburg offers bilingual services to Spanish-speaking members of the community.
Bank of Luxemburg staff at two branch locations — Sandra Vega-Morales in Kewaunee and Sara Fameree and Karla Canizales in Bellevue — offer in-person bilingual services to customers.
Additionally, these team members are available to translate over the phone or in-person at any branch location by appointment.
“Bank of Luxemburg is committed to making banking services available and accessible to our community as a whole,” President Tim Treml said. “We’re pleased to offer bilingual services to our branches and expand our customer care capabilities.”
Bilingual staff members can help customers with any of their banking needs, including checking accounts, savings accounts, car loans, mortgages, commercial loans and more.
“We thank Karla, Sara and Sandra for their skills and expertise in enabling the bank to assist more customers and broaden our reach in the community,” Treml said.
