Century Bayshore to Lakeshore cycling tour set for June 3

GREEN BAY – Registration is now open for the 2023 BayCare Clinic Century Bayshore to Lakeshore cycling tour.

The ride – which is open to riders of all abilities and ages – will be from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. – beginning and concluding at BayCare Clinic headquarters, 1035 Kepler Drive in the I-43 Business Park in Green Bay.

Participants have the option to bike 100 miles (a “century”) or 60-, 30- or 15-mile courses through Brown, Door and Kewaunee counties.

Century riders will travel from Green Bay to Lake Michigan and back.

Rest and refuel stops with snacks and beverages will be set up along the way.

The event will conclude with a picnic-style celebration.

Entry fees begin at $55 for the 100- and 60-mile rides.

The 15- and 30-mile rides are $35.

Fees for the 100- and 60-mile routes increase to $75 on April 1 and $85 on June 2.

The 15- and 30-mile rides increase to $45 on June 2.

One rider aged 17 and under can sign up for free with each paid adult during February and March.

After that, all riders 17 and under are $20.

Registered riders will receive a T-shirt.

Organizers said proceeds from last year’s ride helped support BRAs of the Bay/Ribbon of Hope, Family and Childcare Resources of NEW, Foundations Health and Wholeness, Hand-n-Hand of Northeastern Wisconsin, Freedom House, Oral Health Partnership, Professional Fire Fighters of Wisconsin Summer Camp for Burn Injured Youth, Syble Hopp School and numerous scholarships.
