Hoffman named gold-certified employee-friendly workplace

FOX CITIES – Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. has been certified as a 2023 Gold-level Employee Friendly Workplace by the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce. 

The certification recognizes employers who demonstrate a significant commitment to promoting work/life integration by creating a positive work environment and experience for all employees.

“As a firm that provides professional services, our greatest asset is our team members,” Sam Statz, Hoffman president/owner, said. “From the culture we’ve cultivated to the benefits and perks we offer, a top priority for years has always been to take care of our employees – the people who take care of our clients.”

Statz said Hoffman has developed numerous employee-centered programs, policies and benefits to attract and retain talent at the Appleton-based design and construction firm – such as flexible work arrangements, flexible paid time off, an insurance benefits package, financial and retirement planning and support, educational and career development options and employee off-site outings and lunches.
