KI Wall expands glass capabilities through Custom Glass Products acquisition

GREEN BAY – KI Wall, a division of KI specializing in architectural wall systems and pod solutions, has acquired Wausau-based glass fabricator Custom Glass Products, LLC-Wisconsin (CGP-WI).

Ryan Usiak, vice president of KI Wall, said the acquisition strengthens KI Wall’s fabrication capabilities for storefronts and glass-intensive wall systems, improving coordination across design and delivery, expanding customization options and supporting more predictable project timelines.

Usiak said CGP-WI, a long-standing supplier to KI Wall, will continue operating independently with no changes to customer relationships or daily operations.

“By deepening our partnership with a trusted fabrication partner, we’re strengthening our ability to support more nuanced solutions – whether that’s tighter tolerances, specialized glazing or project-specific customization – while maintaining the consistency and reliability our customers expect,” he said.

Usiak said the alignment enhances the company’s ability to meet complex architectural requirements, while CGP-WI Owner Eric Reeder emphasized continuity for both customers and employees.
