Miron Construction becomes gold-certified employee-friendly workplace

FOX CITIES – Miron Construction Co., Inc. has been certified as a gold-level employee-friendly workplace by the Fox Cities Chamber. 

This certification recognizes employers who demonstrate a significant commitment to promoting work/life integration by creating a positive work environment and experience for all employees.

“A winning workplace culture doesn’t happen by chance – it involves intention and careful nurturing,” Dave Walsh, executive vice president of human resources at Miron, said. “Everyone at Miron invests time and energy into making the culture what it is.”

To date, the chamber has certified 16 other Fox Cities companies as being employee friendly.
