APPLETON – Appleton Harley-Davidson has selected Bayland Buildings as the general contractor for a new 75,265-square-foot retail facility.

Construction is set to begin this spring, Owner Josh Doughty said, and is set to be completed in 2026, the year of Appleton Harley-Davidson’s 50th anniversary.

The new facility, Doughty said, will feature a full retail sales floor, offices, a motorcycle maintenance service area and storage capacity for up to 800 bikes.

Additionally, he said it will have a public rental area available for private events, both outdoor and indoor lounge spaces and a Riding Academy.

“We believe there’s no better way to embrace that lifestyle than by owning a Harley-Davidson motorcycle,” he said. “We’re committed to helping more riders make that dream a reality while keeping the spirit of Harley-Davidson alive for generations to come. As we approach our 50th anniversary in 2026, we take pride in our rich history and deep-rooted passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles.”
