LITTLE CHUTE – Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced the sale of Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Appleton North – a 66-room hospitality property located in Little Chute. 

The property is situated on 2.76 acres at 130 Patriot Drive, just off Interstate 41, which sees approximately 55,000 cars daily. 

The hotel features 66 rooms and a wide range of amenities, including an indoor pool, whirlpool, waterslide, waterpark, fitness center, business center, on-site guest laundry, recreational vehicle parking and 400 square feet of meeting space.

The property will continue to operate as a Country Inn & Suites and is set to undergo a refresh and renovation to meet the brand’s latest standards.
